A Win for Wildlife

147 acres of forestland were recently preserved near Carthage, thanks to a partnership with landowners Kathleen and Andy White and the Three Rivers Land Trust. The tract touches over 1,700 acres of previously conserved land, creating almost 2,000 acres that will never become a Dollar General. Or, to the dismay of some of you, a Trader Joe’s. For real, doe.
