Coming Soon: More Places to Strut Your Stuff 

Carthage has finalized a design for its downtown revitalization plan. After a yearlong data collection process, we finally have renderings. The plan focuses on parking and pedestrian safety measures that will be implemented over the next decade. It also includes gathering spaces outside of businesses, allowing space for seating or small events. But it’s not over yet — final approval of the plan is set for review and a vote by the town’s commissioners on Oct. 21.
