Casa Santa Ana’s Seven Lakes location is adding fresh air to the menu with its newly opened patio seating. Owner Fernando Ventura says, “This has always been the plan. I’ve wanted to do it for years,” adding that outdoor seating in Seven Lakes is few and far between. The restaurant has added fans to keep the area cool during the warmer months and will eventually bring in removable curtains to keep in the heat during the colder months. They celebrated the opening this past Saturday with a mariachi band. Taco ’bout fun.
