Now Walk It Out

The Moore County Tourism Development Authority has launched its first-ever official trail guide for Moore County. “Sandhills On Foot: A Moore County Trail Guide” combines custom cartography and editorial storytelling. It’s all wrapped up into a cutie little book with a wood cover, great for gift giving or a keepsake. The guides are available exclusively at Against the Grain Shoppe in downtown Southern Pines for $5 each. All proceeds from the sale of the guide will be split between Foothills Outdoors, a nonprofit based in Robbins providing low-cost or free outdoor recreational opportunities, and Friends of Weymouth Woods. Get the lay of the land.
