:: 3 skinless boneless chicken breasts
:: 1/2 green pepper- finely diced
:: 1/2 sweet Vidalia onion- finely diced
:: 1 cups of fresh mushrooms- sliced
:: 2 garlic cloves- minced
:: 1 jar or can of traditional Tomato Sauce (Plain)
(Optional: Add pinch of Sea Salt & Crushed Pepper)
Place the chicken in first and then cover the breast with the rest of the ingredients and cook on low for 6-8 hours. When chicken starts to pull apart it is done. This can be served over rice or pasta or eaten by itself.
