Kind of a Rig Deal
Just send it. That’s Tony Stewart’s motto and the namesake for his company, Send It Overland, where he helps other adventurers deck out their vehicle in a way that aligns with their hobbies. While in the army, he participated in some long range mobility exercises, which is basically off-roading. He realized he had a passion for exploring, even in rough terrain so now he and his partner do regular overlanding trips. “Every summer we pick a state and explore it while sleeping in the truck,” says Tony.

His longest stint? 22 days. Now he wants others to get out and see the country. “There’s so many crazy places to discover,” he says. He can help with customizations such as lift kits, tent mounting, organizing drawers, solar panels, a mini fridge, extra fuel and water tanks, bike racks and more. He can also hook up any extra electronics to a secondary battery. “It’s all about making things more comfortable when you’re out in the wild.”
Now that he’s out of the military and has his own business, he’s big on building a relationship with clients and making sure their overlanding goals feel anything but intimidating.

“You can have a full setup wherever you go,” says Tony. “You don’t have to keep paying to stay places, you just have to pay for food and gas. Once you have that initial investment, you’re set.” Find his shop at 183 Ridgeline Rd, Aberdeen. Check it out.
