This September, FirstHealth starts the next installment of a grueling program that’ll push the already-fit to their limits. Need motivation to push yourself past a plateau? This is for you. Only break a sweat while eating hot wings? Keep scrolling, sweetheart.

The four-week, ass-kicking GRIT series involves a mix of strength, cardio and plyometrics to keep your bikini body looking right, even if it’s hidden under that college hoodie you keep rescuing from the dumpster. The package includes an optional 21-day personalized nutrition challenge with dietitian Ashley Carpenter to maximize your results – because if you can’t go three weeks without shoving fried food in your mouth, then what are you doing with your life?

In just eight, 30-minute group fitness classes, you’re almost guaranteed to see results. So spend half your lunch hour on Wednesdays and Fridays (beginning at 12:15 p.m.) doing something that you can brag to your co-workers about.

GRIT starts Sept. 6. The series is $25/session for everyone, but those who aren’t a member of the fitness center will have to pay $55 for a single-month membership in order to enroll. To register, call group fitness coordinator Jodi Heimrich at 910- 715-1843
