Guess Who’s Back
Former manager of The Roast Office, Carol Hess, is back again in the Village of Pinehurst, now serving up morning fare at Lisi Market. Owners Jim and Mickey Reale saw an opportunity to expand their offerings and knew exactly who they wanted to bring in. “I think Carol has been a pillar in the community for years and we wanted to create a venue where she could continue to be loved by her customer base,” says Jim. “And it has great synergy with the rest of Lisi.” Now at Lisi Market, customers can order lunch, breakfast, coffee and pastries.
Part of the new menu includes breakfast pizza, which Carol is especially excited about. “I love being here. I feel like I’m back with family — I’m back home,” she says. A few of Carol’s former staff members from The Roast Office have also joined the team. True to its Italian roots, Lisi Market also serves authentic Italian espresso.
Coffee is available from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., and the breakfast menu is available from 7-11 a.m. Lunch is served until 2 p.m. Stop in Monday through Saturday. See the new morning menu here.
