Let’s Get This Tail Waggin’

After years of fundraising, the Moore Humane Society has broken ground off N.C. 22 near the Moore County Airport. The new building will have a footprint of more than 21,000 square feet on about 12 acres. “We want to enhance our services for a better experience for the animals, our staff and the community,” said Corky Kern, president of Moore Humane Society. It’s expected to be completed by December 2026.
