It’s Frisky Business
Mornings just got a little friskier thanks to a certain breakfast food truck ready to take Moore County by the biscuits. The Frisky Biscuit food truck serves up biscuit sandwiches, French toast roll ups, breakfast scramble bowls, overnight oats and more. There are build-your-own options too.

The truck is brought to you by Valerie and Joe Gonzalez. Valerie is retired from the military and wanted a new mission, tackling the most important meal of the day. “I just really like feeding people and I like breakfast,” says Valerie. When it comes to food trucks, Joe says, “It’s a tight-knit community. That’s what we love.”

Their goal is to be out on the road five to six days a week. You’ll catch them at places like Lowe’s Home Improvment, Planet Fitness, Bayonet at Puppy Creek golf course and more by appointment. Hours vary depending on day and location but you expect to find them set up 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Give them a follow to tune in to where they are next, or check out the menu if you’re hot and bready.
