This is Very Cash Money of You
“If it’s not broke, why fix it?” Thats what Casey Parrish says when it comes to The Track Restaurant. Why? Because her and her partner Harry Arsi are the proud new owners. The local gem has been a breakfast spot for 29 years, most famous for its blueberry pancakes. The couple emphasizes that they won’t be changing the menu, but will be adding more to the specials board and extending hours through lunch. And yes, it’s staying cash only, so put the Apple Pay away.

They took over the restaurant on April 1, but regulars will see former owner Tracy Cormier, who is staying on as a manager for another year or so. “We see people who come in to eat every day. It’s great because we’re learning a lot from Tracy,” says Casey. The kitchen staff, some of whom have been around for 20 years, are staying on board too.
Casey and Harry both have prior restaurant experience and own Pita Perfect food truck, so the biggest adjustment will likely be the early morning hours.

The building itself is still owned by The Village of Pinehurst and is historic, so there will be no major changes. Casey says they are just going to “freshen it up a bit,” with new curtains and decor. In the coming months you can also expect to see additions like a dessert cooler and swag for the ultimate way to show if you know, you know.
