We don’t usually do this sort of thing, but those interested in seeing how downtown Southern Pines continues to transform (raises hand) might be interested to know that this space at 150 and 110 Connecticut Ave., across from the current home of SPCF, is set to change hands for the first time in several years — at least since this newsletter was born.
