There weren’t enough hours in the day so Pizzeria Grazia added more. The Neapolitan-style pie shop is now open for lunch starting at 11:30 a.m. because a pizza craving waits for no one. The restaurant now features an all day menu including a variety of wood fired pizzas and 14 new Italian-inspired paninis.
Owners Brian and Alison Hainley have been slowly adding to the business since its opening in April. “We’re finally ready to start feeding people all day,” says Brian. Brian and Alison are also the minds behind Mason’s Restaurant and Grocery right next door.
A Slice of Heaven
“We love hearing people say it reminds them of Italy,” says Brian, “it’s a different kind of pizza, it’s not meant to taste like New York style or anything else.”
The most popular menu item is the Carnivoro pizza which has san marzano tomato sauce, pepperoni, italian sausage, mortadella, soppressata, fresh mozzarella, pecorino romano and fresh basil. You can tell Brian and Alison thought outside of the pizza box with the combinations offered on their pies.
Need something quick for lunch? The pizzas take only 90 seconds to fire up. Try topping that.
What else can you find at Pizzeria Grazia? Beer, wine, appetizers, salad, cannolis and more. There are also several vegetarian options and gluten free bread available for sandwiches. Look out for a weekly pizza special that gets updated on Wednesdays. Bonus: Stop in on a Tuesday for $10 pizzas or Wednesday for half-price bottles of wine.

More to Chew On
The family-friendly restaurant is named for the couple’s daughter, Grace. “We named Masons after our son so it was only right to do the same for our daughter,” says Alison. Coincidentally, Mason’s favorite meal is breakfast — and Grace could eat pizza for all of hers.
