The Bee’s Knees // A novelty cocktail that’ll give you a buzz:

  • 2 ounces Gin
  • 3/4 ounces Honey
  • 1/2 an ounce Lemon Juice

Chicago Fizz // Because 2022 is fizzling out:

  • 1 ounce Aged or Dark Rum
  • 1 ounce Ruby Port
  • 1/2 an ounce Simple Syrup

  • 2 ounces Gin
  • 1 tsp Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 and ounce Lemon Juice
  • 4 ounces Champagne

  • 2 ounces Gin
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 4 ounces Club Soda
  • Garnish with a Lime Wedge

Monkey Gland // Every sip is jumpin’ with flavor:

  • 1 & 1/2 ounces Gin
  • 1 & 1/2 ounces Orange Juice

  • 1 tsp Absinthe

The Corpse Reviver // The Plan B of hangovers:

  • 1 ounce Gin
  • 1/2 an ounce Cointreau
  • 1/2 an ounce Lillet Blanc, Dry Vermouth, or Cocchi Americano
