The Fresh Chefs of Pinehurst

This power couple is taking the kitchen and the stage by storm. Miah Magno and Daniel Gironda are local singers who also own OTG Fresh, a local meal prep service with delivery available. “We’re creating menu items that we want to eat. We want to make sure it’s nutritional but most importantly, it’s delicious,” says Daniel. “We don’t like grandma-style dishes.”

OTG Fresh features a new menu each week with chicken, beef, fish or vegan options, made with local ingredients when possible. Menus are open for ordering Monday through Sunday, and deliveries happen Wednesday of the following week. The duo works out of SCC’s kitchen.

“We are very busy people,” says Miah. “We do music together and we work in a kitchen together, so sometimes we’d get home and forget we didn’t eat.” Naturally, what began as meal prepping for themselves quickly turned into another side hustle.

As for doing music, you can catch Miah and Daniel performing at bars locally. “It’s a lot but it’s two people and one goal. That’s how we balance the workload,” says Miah. Feast your eyes on OTG Fresh’s menu.
