Weymouth Woods has canceled the annual Trick-or-Treat trail that regularly draws thousands of people to the state park amidst ongoing relief efforts in WNC. “To maintain availability for deployment to the mountains, all staff-led programs and events at Weymouth Woods are on hiatus,” the Friends of Weymouth Woods wrote in a Facebook post today. In its place, there will be a self-guided “Creepy Critter Crawl” where families can learn about creatures in the woods.
