Partisan Rock, a Russian Imperial with flavors of plum, chocolate and coffee, was just canned as we were typing this on Thursday. It’s brewed with 13 grains; for your reference, the average beer contains 4-6. Also for your reference, it was inspired by a scene in Red Dawn.
Friday, 8:30 p.m.: Grab a glass from the taproom ($4/taster; $8/glass) and hunker down with a blanket for a free showing of the original Red Dawn in the back of the brewery, presented by Central Security.
