Expo-nential Possibilities
This couple’s mission is to help Moore County become even healthier. Chris and Adrianna Harms are launching the first-ever Moore Wellness Expo this November at the Fair Barn. You’ll be able to connect with a variety of gyms, personal trainers, providers and more. “There’s something for everybody, there’s no one size fits all,” says Chris. “This is finally a way to connect the dots. There are so many domains of wellness, if you will.”

Each booth will feature an interactive element or exclusive promos. Their goal is to help others reach their goals while showing how much is available here in the community — you may drive past a specialty gym every day but never really know what it’s about.
It’s not just about feeling good, but looking good, too. “I think they go hand in hand,” says Adrianna, who is bringing in her background as an esthetician to the expo as well.

Chris comes from an active family and has even dabbled in body building, something he plans to ~build up~ in the community. Chris says health and fitness resonates with him because it’s something you can always improve on. “It’s a lifelong journey no one can take away from you,” he says. “Since having kids we’ve realized how important health really is, because you want to be with them and live as long as you can,” says Adrianna.
- The expo is from 6-9 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 6, at the Fair Barn.Tickets include snacks, swag, raffles and more. And yes, you can bring your kids. Find what lifts you up.
