On Friday, Sept. 1 from 6-8 p.m. the Moore County Arts Council will have a kickoff party for its month long exhibit, “Art of the Living Tattoo: A Living Canvas” which will be open throughout the month at the Campbell House in Southern Pines. Attendees can dine on food from local food trucks, drinks from Southern Pines Brewing Co. and Healy Beverage Co. and children can be entertained by games, coloring stations and (temporary) tattoos of their own.
