Because breakfast for dinner is always a good idea. Betsy’s Crepes in downtown Southern Pines is now open for dinner Thursday through Saturday until 9 p.m. The menu will stay the same with a few small additions. Owner Betsy Markey says she wanted to expand the restaurant’s hours to give her staff more flexibility. Not all heroes make crepes.
