When his meatball grinders sparked a cult following during pandemic-era shutdowns, Chef Curt Shelvey was inspired to turn his restaurant into a lean, mean, grinder-producing, takeout-only machine — Grinders and Gravy. Now, the restaurant has been renovated and re-opened as Curt’s Cucina.
“We’re so thankful to the community for their generosity and their support over the last 20 months and we’re excited to have the dining room open again,” Curt says.
There’s new seating, new lighting and new shiplap, and a new policy — no reservations. Local favorites have returned to the menu, which also includes a few select grinders. See the full spread here.
