Following the departure of its longtime chef, 195 American Fusion has made a lot of changes, and it’s not just the walls — although those are new, too. Just look.

The restaurant has been restructured for a more modern vibe, from the windooows to the waaalls. Stuffy tablecloths are out — little placemats and high-backed booths are in.

So, Who’s in the Kitchen?

Alex Turner, of Wolcott’s, and Decker Platt, of One Nine Drive. Some of your favorites remain, but there will be some surprises.

Items like butter chicken and tikka masala will stay on the menu, but things you’ve come to love from its companion food truck, One Nine Drive — like brisket and brisket nachos — now have their own permanent place of honor.

If you’re not already breathing heavily, consider apps that used to be small are now shareable. And yes, brisket is now among them.

Other things you’ve been asking for have also arrived: Tamales, a turkey sandwich, a vegetarian black bean burger, and house-made focaccia.

195 is open for lunch today — Tuesday — and dinner starting on Wednesday.
