The 22nd Annual Sandhills Children’s Center Festival of Trees kicks off this Wednesday and the halls will be decked through Saturday, Dec. 1. More than 200 trees, wreaths and gift baskets will be aglow in the Carolina Hotel and everything you see is up for bid to raise money for children who have special developmental needs.
