Join The Fast and The Fur-ious 

Feline Friends of Moore County is looking for a volunteer and animal lover to drive 30 cats up to Massachusetts the week of August 24. The reason? To improve the cats’ likelihood of adoption. Kristin Parker, secretary of Feline Friends, said they picked Cape Ann Animal Aid because “they have fewer cats looking for homes than we do, and they’ve got a larger population than we do here in Moore County.” The trip is all expenses paid through the nonprofit but president Susan Buehler says “it’s worth every little penny” to help combat the feral cat problem facing Moore County.
