Maj. Gen. Tracy A. Thompson, Chief of Staff for the U.S. Army Reserve Command headquartered at Fort Bragg, delivered the “Oath of Commissioned Officers” to newly promoted Maj. Gen. Kenneth H. “Ritche” Moore last month. Moore is assigned to U.S. Africa Command and lives in Southern Pines.
