She’s a Bibbidi Bobbidi Blast
Meet Dodi Kessler, AKA “Singerella.” She just moved from Orlando to Jackson Springs and she brought over 200 costumes with her. And yes, they’re all as outlandish as this giant fart cushion. So what’s her shtick? Dodi owns Silly Sing O Gram, a one-woman show delivering unexpected performances throughout the county. She prides herself on “hilariously off-key singing telegrams and exceptionally awkward dance skills.” If that sounds like pure chaos, it’s because it is pure chaos.

She says she was born to be an entertainer, and has been doing this since 2022. Just contact Dodi with a costume request and the occasion; she’ll show up with a boom box just about anywhere. You could order a funky chicken, Uncle Sam, feral Snow White, a traffic light and much more. There’s no shame in her game. Not all of the costumes are listed on her website, so if there’s a character you’re looking for feel free to ask.

“It’s all about bringing joy,” Dodi says. She will (and has) shown up to crash business meetings. She also regularly visits nursing homes. “Life is hard enough,” she says. “Be the light, as I always say.”
If you’re not exactly sure how one gets on this career trajectory, don’t worry, we had the same question. Dodi used to manage a pediatric clinic and took Halloween very seriously, never repeating costumes. Between her love of a funny get-up and her knack for unsolicited singing, her friends encouraged her to start a business. The rest is history.
