Lane and Lori West love three things above all: Wellness, God, and each other. These values made opening the faith-based Clean Juice as their second business an easy decision. After moving to Southern Pines to establish Pure Barre, the couple quickly identified a void in the local health food market — and were happy to find a choice for a second business that matched their own philosophy and beliefs.
“It didn’t take long for us to realize that two businesses promoting different types of health and wellness could thrive in a fitness-oriented community like the Sandhills,” Lane says. “Lori and I are passionate about helping others reach their own health and fitness goals to become their best self.”
At Clean Juice, you’ll even find a jar on the counter where you can leave your story anonymously on a card and the team will say a prayer for you. “It’s humbling to me that so many people are willing to share their story with us,” Lane says.
With each juice made-to-order or pre-packaged in house, it’s no surprise that the brand inspires loyalty. Everything at Clean Juice is free from preservatives, harmful chemicals or questionable substances, and nothing comes into the store in a finished state. Some of the drinks take up to 10 hours to make, but it’s a labor of love they’re happy to provide the community — and you should be happy knowing you’re putting something good in your body.
