As of last fall, Mid-State Furniture is owned by Keith Moneymaker. After the passing of Mid-State Furniture’s founder, Lois Jean Purvis, her kids were ready to retire and Keith was the perfect local successor. With major respect for the store’s roots and a head full of fresh ideas, he’s brought new energy without losing the heart of what makes Mid-State special. Keith also owns Sweet Dreams Mattresses & More, Mid-State Vintage Outlet and founded the Dreams 4 All charity foundation.
Keith started the Dreams4All Foundation with a simple goal of helping people get a better night’s sleep. What began as his passion project has taken off, thanks to the leadership of Executive Director Juliana West, who’s now helping drive the mission forward. Together, they’re making sure more families have access to something we all need: a comfy mattress, not on the floor.
Keith’s love for community doesn’t stop there, it sneaks into every corner of the business, just like the glitter from your kid’s last craft project. That’s why customer service isn’t just a priority, it’s practically a reflex.
