Plant yourself at Wiregrass, a new restaurant inside Pinehurst Resort’s main clubhouse that features a farm-to-table style menu. “We’re trying to be as local as possible and thoughtful about the ingredients we’re using. Sustainable agriculture is very important to us,” says executive Chef Geoff Kenney. He described the menus as hyper-seasonal, meaning they could switch up quicker than your middle school crush.

“It’s real exciting to me to be working with fresh, local North Carolina farms. Constantly evolving the menus? That’s fun to do as a chef,” says Geoff.

Mimicking the kitchen, the bar is described as “garden to glass,” utilizing fresh seasonal ingredients and housemade syrups. There are cocktails, mocktails, international wine lists and the option for an extra smokey drink. One might even be served with an edible flower.

Thanks to room dividers, Wiregrass can also host larger parties. The restaurant is open from 5-9:30 p.m nightly to resort guests and the public. The bar will be open from 4-10 p.m. daily. Settle in.
