How Would You Describe the Business? What Makes it Special?
Boutique leisure travel consulting business, with an emphasis on tailoring travel packages to the client’s needs.
How Have Regulations Affected Your Business? How Have You Adapted?
No one is traveling for leisure in this pandemic. I have had to cancel nearly all of my bookings through 5/30 but have had encouraging responses from clients that may rebook when restrictions are lifted. If they aren’t lifted by June, I’ll re-evaluate and reassess then. In the meantime, all of the vendors/travel partners I deal with have daily briefings and trainings, so I concentrate on those now. It’s an ever-changing industry and always more to learn.
I am a one woman show so it’s been scary for me but I will make it through to the other side!
Tell us Anything Else We Should Know:
The travel industry made it through 9/11, SARS, MERS and Swine Flu-we will survive this as well so that humankind can see the beautiful world we live in!
