This Saturday, join the newly opened Crossfit Baile in Whispering Pines for the EOD 133 Memorial Workout, in honor of the 133 EOD techs lost in battle since 9-11. Clean Juice, Berri Bowlful will be on site, and proceeds from your $45 registration will go toward the EOD Warrior Foundation. You can register online or at the door — but maybe don’t look at the workout first.
