A Bite of Tanglewood Farm Truck

Lindsay O’Reilly has gone all in on Tanglewood Farm food truck. She first began “Tanglewood Takeovers” in October 2022, working out of The Breakfast Truck about once a week. In May, she literally took over the truck entirely, and had it wrapped with a foxy new logo.

Lindsay has a degree in finance and attended Sandhills Community College’s Baking & Pastry Arts program. She experiments with mixing sweet and savory. “I try to add bold flavors with the burgers and be a little bit daring,” she says.

Expect to find her every Monday and Tuesday at Red’s Corner with the occasion Friday or Saturday. She’ll eventually go more places but for now says “This is where I wanna be, Red’s is my home base.” Lindsay’s specials rotate weekly, including unique burgers like the Spicy Blueberry Burger or The Hawaiian. In addition to burgers, Tanglewood has a menu of wraps, salads and the crowd favorite: pop tarts.

So what about the Tanglewood BnB? Lindsay says its now a well oiled machine, so her focus can be on the truck. She still uses ingredients from her farm when she can. She currently has an abundance of jalepenos so you’ll notice a lot of spicy specials. Lindsay is also exploring catering. See what’s new each week on Instagram.
