After 11 years, store owner Denise Olson, who is also a teacher at Pinecrest High, says it’s time to focus on her career in education and realize a longtime goal of earning a master’s degree.

The business has been awesome,” Denise said. “I built it from the ground up and I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished.” Her last day of business will be Jan. 31. Right now, all merch is 25 percent off, but watch Instagram for more sales.

Current Green Goods vendor Against the Grain, who sells farmhouse-style furniture and decor, plans to take over the shop in March.

“It’s the perfect time to take Against The Grain to the next level and open my own store — here, in the space I know and love so much,” Ashley Tramontin wrote on Instagram. “I’ve dreamed and hoped and prayed for this since starting what I call ‘this little business that could,’ so I am beside myself to finally see it happening.”
