Wanna Swing From the Chandlier(s)?
Like you, this Pinehurst house is on the market. Unlike your last three Tinder matches, this one actually has personality.
Owners Worth and Tina Gray Mitchell, founders of local liquor corporation Kvell Spirits, spent 28 months putting their background in design and eye for detail to work on 135 Saint Mellions Drive. Modeled loosely after the Grand Bohemian Hotels they frequent, the Mitchells say the chandeliers, gold columns and eclectic colors are “totally their style.”
“Ultimately, we wanted it to feel inviting — like a cozy resort,” Worth says.
The 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home has 4,250 square ft. fit for royalty. The home was built in 2005, and the Mitchells are the third owners. They have lived there since 2019 after falling in love with the Pinehurst area, but are selling to relocate to Southern Pines horse country.
