If you’re always down for chaturanga and chill, take note: Workhorse Fitness & Yoga is now enrolling its inaugural 200-hour yoga teacher training. Designed for those who want to lead a class or deepen their personal practice, students will learn anatomy and alignment, yoga philosophy through multi-level vinyasa and restorative practices.
The course was crafted by Workhorse’s lead yoga instructor, Brenn Micael (above left), a longtime practitioner on a mission to empower future instructors to cultivate their own style and unleash their full potential, and by Laura Barton, an expert in strength and mobility with advanced training in neuromechanics.
Enrollment comes with a training manual and access to a digital library, plus discounts on memberships, workshops, and items from the LivWell boutique.
