:: Rugg Rats — Buy one, get one hour of free childcare. Just mention The Sway.
:: Spoonlickers Catering — Get an online discount code for their meal delivery service. Just type in MILSPO at checkout for 15 percent off your food order.
:: Retro — The salon is offering 15 percent off all services, so go get yourself a blowout or split that eyebrow into two.
:: Crossfit 611 — Get a free first drop-in class that includes free childcare; or drop into their “Grind” (high intensity interval class) if you have no familiarity with CrossFit.
:: Indigo Yoga in Aberdeen will discount drop-in and pre-registered classes by $2 for military members and their families.
:: Burn Boot Camp will offer free camps at 7:30 and 8:30 am every Saturday. They include complimentary childcare, if you show military ID.
:: Southern Pines CrossFit is offering a 10-punch card option for CrossFit Kids, Crossfit Teens, or CrossFit for $80 ($20 savings). Anyone’s first drop-in visit to SPCF is always free!
:: Hot Asana offers a $2.50 military discount for service members and their spouses, as well as free yoga to all gold star spouses. For the remainder of the month they will also be giving all military moms a free essential oil bath bomb to take home for continued relaxation after their yoga class.
:: Thrive Pilates of Aberdeen will offer 50 percent ($25) off the Workshop Pilates 101 workshop this Sunday, from 2-4 p.m. Any services are 20 percent off.
:: WorkHorse Fitness and Yoga will offer a special $12 military drop-in discount rate for the month! Choose the JAN 2020 MILITARY DROP IN class option online. They also have childcare available for only $2.
