While most of us spent our quarantine spraying EZ-Cheez on three-month-old Ritz crackers and calling it charchoocherie, California-turned-Carolina girls Mandy Riederer and Becca Vinson were hard at work crafting the real deal and building a business through Charcuterie of the Pines. 

The duo launched Charcuterie of the Pines in February of 2021, taking orders via text or Instagram DM for everything from individual charcuterie cones to grazing tables that feed up to 100 people.

Mandy and Becca have recently expanded into offering date night delivery boxes and have collaborated with other local spots like DAHR, Pinehurst Picnic Co. and Soirée on South.

“If we have learned anything over the past year, it’s that there is no better occasion to celebrate than now,” Mandy says. “Pop that bottle of champagne and eat that cheese on a Tuesday if you want.”
