The First Supper
Mason’s Restaurant & Grocery, known for breakfast and brunch in downtown Aberdeen, will be serving supper one weekend a month starting this weekend. And if you’re picturing breakfast for dinner, don’t.
“We’re testing the waters,” says owner and chef Brian Hainley. “I have an upscale culinary background and I’m looking forward to getting back to that.”
The menu will remain Southern-inspired with items like fried green tomatoes, fish ‘n grits, braised short rib and more. To stay in the know about which weekend each month you can get yer fixin’s, follow Mason’s Restaurant on Instagram or Facebook. Reservations are preferred.
