  • 6 Medjool Dates

  • 6 tsp Peanut Butter (or almond butter, sunflower seed butter, tahini – any nut or seed butter of your choice)

  • Optional Toppings (see note below for ideas)


1.      Carefully remove the pits from the dates. Be careful to keep one side of the date intact. You want to add a slit to hold the peanut butter rather than splitting the date in half.

2.      Add a tsp of peanut butter to each date.

3.      Add toppings if desired. You can eat them as they are or add toppings of your choice; a sprinkle of cinnamon, cocoa powder, crushed nuts, coconut, pomegranate seeds, sesame seeds or drizzled chocolate.
