Overhills, a new 18-hole putting course designed by Kyle Franz, opened today at Southern Pines Golf Club. The 22,000-square-foot course is named after a course Donald Ross designed in 1913, that’s now an overgrown corner of Fort Liberty.
The course is equipped with solar lighting for evening play, a speaker system and a portable bar trailer. It’s open daily for members, resort guests or those playing the club. If you get in, invite us. Our game will make yours look better — no ifs, ands or putts.
