Spicing Things Up
Zayka, the Indian cuisine located inside the Days Inn, is changing its name to Indian American Bistro. The restaurant is not only changing its name but also its offerings. It will host a grand buffet available for lunch service from 11- 2:30 starting in March.
Fusing the east with the west, the restaurant now features a larger menu selection, serving both American and traditional Indian fare. There are two American and two Traditional Indian chefs, ensuring you won’t find anything but dishes full of spice and flavor served here. They also have a full service bar with everything you can think of, right down to the mood lighting.
Owner Rajinder (Paul) Singh says he, “does not believe in frozen food and only uses fresh.”
Inside the Days Inn, there is a larger room available for private events and Paul tells us he can fit up to 300 people at one time. You can also order catering from the restaurant.
