High above me, she’s so lovely. Well, she might be. Aberdeen’s Historic Preservation Commission received a proposal on Monday for a four-story building on East Main Street that could house a mix of restaurants, retail and residences. Like other local historic commissions, this one loves a short king — and is taking more time to make sure the height would enhance, not conflict with, the rest of the downtown. So that’s that on that, for now.
